Pentre Bach is committed to providing a serene and enjoyable environment for all guests. Our Noise and Quiet Hours Policy is designed to ensure minimal disruptions and maintain tranquillity throughout our campsite.

Scope
This policy applies to all guests, staff, and any individual present within our premises.

Quiet Hours
Our designated quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, all guests are required to keep noise to a bare minimum.

Noise Levels
Outside of quiet hours, noise should still be kept at a level that will not disturb other campers. We expect all guests to show mutual respect and consideration.

Generators, Engines, and Amplified Sound
The use of generators is strictly prohibited at all times within our campsite. This is to preserve the peace and tranquillity of the environment.

Vehicle Engines should not be left running

Use of amplified sound systems is also forbidden at all times unless prior
permission has been granted by the site manager.

Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with our Noise and Quiet Hours Policy may result in a warning, and in severe cases, eviction from the campsite.

We enforce this policy strictly to ensure that the peace and tranquility of our site are upheld, and all guests can enjoy their stay.
