Deposits
To confirm your stay one nights’ deposit will be required unless the stay date is within 1 month, then full payment will be required.

The deposit must be paid and a completed Booking form returned to us (this may be emailed if payment done via internet banking).

The balance must be paid 1 month prior to your stay.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be in writing or email with a months notice otherwise charges will be incurred.

This includes any reduction in numbers.

Deposits are non-refundable

If Bach Ventures has to cancel your stay a full refund will be given or alternative dates offered.

Insurance
Our cover relates to third parties and public liability.

You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance to cover accident, injury, loss of possessions and stay cancellation.

Noise and Quiet Hours Policy

1. Policy Statement
   Pentre Bach is committed to providing a serene and enjoyable environment for all
   guests. Our Noise and Quiet Hours Policy is designed to ensure minimal disruptions
   and maintain tranquillity throughout our campsite.
2. Scope
   This policy applies to all guests, staff, and any individual present within our premises.
3. Quiet Hours
   3.1. Our designated quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, all
   guests are required to keep noise to a bare minimum.
4. Noise Levels
   4.1. Outside of quiet hours, noise should still be kept at a level that will not disturb other
   campers. We expect all guests to show mutual respect and consideration.
5. Generators, Engines, and Amplified Sound
   5.1. The use of generators is strictly prohibited at all times within our campsite. This is to
   preserve the peace and tranquillity of the environment.
   5.2. Vehicle Engines should not be left running
   5.3. Use of amplified sound systems is also forbidden at all times unless prior
   permission has been granted by the site manager.
6. Policy Enforcement
   6.1. Failure to comply with our Noise and Quiet Hours Policy may result in a warning,
   and in severe cases, eviction from the campsite.
   6.2. We enforce this policy strictly to ensure that the peace and tranquility of our site are
   upheld, and all guests can enjoy their stay.
7. Policy Review
   7.1. This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure it effectively meets
   our commitment to a peaceful camping experience for everyone.
